About the Kafko Steel Wall System

Our innovative and advanced engineering capabilities enable a builder to completely install each swimming pool, backfill and complete their deck prior to installing the liner and filling the pool.

Riveted Pool Wall System Panels are made from 14 gauge steel with G235 (Z720) galvanized coating. Both straight and curved wall panels have 7 strategically located holes at both ends ensuring positive and accurate alignments. The ends of each panel are made with a recessed end making for a seamless panel connection. The over lap end of each panel is fastened with our Press-Lock fastening system. Wall braces are added approximately every 2-1/2' and secured in place using our Rivet-Lock system which rigidizes and stabilizes each panel. Rivet-Lock and Press-Lock systems represent our industry's state of the art method of manufacturing, replacing the old welded systems. The patented Rivet-Lock and Press-Lock fastening systems do not destroy the integrity of the galvanized coating.

Our unique heavy-duty notched adjustable "A" frame ensures perfect alignment. Manufactured from the same 14 gauge galvanized steel used in our pool walls. This emphasis on strength assures that you receive a structurally sound Kafko pool. Optional Deck Support System The Kafko single, double "A" or box deck support systems were engineered to the support the deck around the pool. This system also adds additional rigidity to the pool walls.

RUGGED KAFKO CONSTRUCTION Auto -Locking Rivets - Double zinc plated high carbon steel rivets. Self piercing and auto-locking.
3" top and 3" bottom rail on all factory radius panels which are used on our curved wall designed pools. This design ensures that every Kafko pool is constructed to exacting specifications.	6" top and 3" bottom for straight wall pools combined with a wall brace approximately every 2 1/2' makes this panel the strongest design available.
